The
on-line application procedure for Plymouth residents who do not live
Downtown
NOTE: In order to purchase any type of parking permit, you must not
have any unpaid parking citations or fines, the registration for the vehicle
you will be using has not been marked for non-renewal at the Registry of
Motor Vehicles, and your driver’s license has not been marked for
non-renewal at the Registry of Motor Vehicles.
To purchase a Plymouth Resident permit on-line, you must:
1.
have a valid
MA driver's license issued in your name that has your
2. have the valid MA vehicle registration for a vehicle
that is registered to you, your spouse, or a parent or relative living at the
same Plymouth address that you do,
3. have a valid MasterCard, Visa or American Express
credit card or have an existing Paypal account, and
4. fill in the on-line application form, and
5.
submit the
on-line application form and make your on-line payment.
Note: When you submit your on-line
application form, a processing fee of $1.50 will be added automatically to the
payment.

set up under the e-mail address you are using, you must use your Paypal account
or use a different e-mail address.

If there are parking citations or fines which you have not paid, or if
you are not sure whether you owe anything, please call the Park Plymouth office
at 508-747-5929.
The Park Plymouth office will let you know how to pay whatever amount
is outstanding.
Again, you must pay what you already owe before you can get a permit.
