Print your application and mail it in (for any type of permit)

Plymouth Resident            Regularly $50, now $25 until March 31st

Downtown Resident         Regularly $50, now $25 until March 31st

Merchant Permit                 Regularly $100, now $50 until March 31st

Employee Permit                Regularly $100, now $50 until March 31st

Mooring Permit                   Regularly $100, now $50 until March 31st

Commercial Fisherman    Regularly $50, now $25 until March 31st

 

NOTE: In order to purchase any type of parking permit, you must not have any unpaid parking citations or fines, the registration for the vehicle you will be using has not been marked for non-renewal at the Registry of Motor Vehicles, and your driver’s license has not been marked for non-renewal at the Registry of Motor Vehicles.

 

To purchase a permit by mail, you must:

1.        decide which type of permit you want,

(once you have decided on the type of permit, go to this link to select the application form and print it)

 

2.        print the application form from the website and fill in the required information,

3.        submit a copy of a valid MA driver's license issued in your name,

4.        submit a copy of proof that you are a resident of Plymouth (see the application form for various forms of identification),

5.        submit a copy of a valid MA vehicle registration for a vehicle that is registered to you, your spouse, or a parent or a relative,

6.        prepare a money order or check payable to the PGDC Parking Office, and

7.        mail the application and the supporting documents to Park Plymouth, 17R Court St., Plymouth, MA 02360

If there are parking citations or fines which you have not paid, or if you are not sure whether you owe anything, please call the Park Plymouth office at 508-747-5929.

The Park Plymouth office will let you know how to pay whatever amount is outstanding.

Again, you must pay what you already owe before you can get a permit.
