Parking Violations

· Time limits on un-metered parking, on metered parking and on Pay and Display parking are enforced.

· Effective Sat. June 20, 2008, parking violations that were $20.00 are now $15.00

· Violations for illegally parking in a space designated for Handicapped parking are written in the amount of $100.00

· Violations for illegally parking in a Fire Lane are written in the amount of $50.00

· If a violation is not paid within the 21 days allowed to pay or appeal (as indicated on the ticket), a late fee of $20.00 is added to the original fine
